Client Contract and Forms

There are no refunds available on sessions canceled within 24 hours.  However, you can rescheduled your session when canceling within 24 hours.  Unused sessions may be gifted to a family member or friend.  Unless prior notice is given, there is a 10 minute grace period.  If more then 10 minutes late he/she may be rescheduled based upon availability or be seen during the scheduled session time and the session will end at the original allotted time.  No shows or cancellations that are not given prior notice will forfeit deposit and will have to pay in full when rescheduling an appointment.  Full payment is expected prior to appointment.  If full payment is not made prior to scheduled appointment time, appointment is subject to be cancelled.
